Not the right shoe

I ordered an all leather shoe but I received one with black studs all over. I was looking for the solid black leather shoes for work but the ones I received are really nice. I’ll keep them.

Wrong shoe pictured

I had to order this show twice thought I made an error but the picture is not the same show they keep sending. Very disappointed in Bloomingdales and the staff in the store

Glass 1/2 Full

I’m okay with the shoe, HOWEVER … it’s just not the shoe I ordered. The pictured shoe is the quilted KG Langley which is more casual, the shoe I received is way more bedazzled and dressy. Still a comfortable shoe.

Wrong Shoes

The shoes were too wide. Based on reviews they were narrow. I purchased two different sizes based on those reviews. Also, the two pair I received were not as pictured. I was expecting leather shoes and I received black rhinestones material; not what I ordered. They were on sale for a great bargain. I hope Bloomingdales honor their mistake and send me the correct shoes at the sale price.
