}Inspired by an Oushak tribal rug made in Turkey in the 19th century, the motifs in Reynolds bridge the patterns of Persian carpets and the Bessarabian rugs of Ukraine and Russia. Reynolds is artfully hand-knotted of premium using few colors, extra thick yarn and large Turkish knots. It is then processed with a special wash to reproduce the sheen acquired over time in prized antique Oushak rugs.

Very light in color
The colors appear to have fairly vivid contrast in the online photo. What looks like a black border online is actually light green, and the overall color effect is light greenish. The pattern is beautiful, but far too pale for a floor covering that would have regular use.
