3in. 4 Star Pairing knife

Awesome little knife for the small jobs (peeling mainly for me) when a 4in pairing knife is overkill. Showed up super sharp and quality built. No more discount/substandard knives for me when I see what a great knife feels like, how it works and holds a sharp edge.

Perfect paring knife

This knife is balanced nicely between the handle and the blade. It's extremely easy to maneuver and the sharpness makes it excellent for fine cutting. I really enjoy slicing up oranges with it, it allows me to carve the perfect slices

Small knife, excellent precision

I really like this Four Star knife because it is very small but very handy, and it comes with German build quality. I use this knife for daily cooking, such as peeling fruits, and it is also great for chopping onions and green onions for Asian cooking. The 3-inch size might seem very small, but it is very rewarding to use because it is well balanced and easy to control. When I use it for a long time, my wrist does not feel tired. The durability is really great, and the sharpness is awesome. I highly recommend this knife if you do not already have one at home.
