Tobacco Leaf, one of the most prized of Chinese Export patterns, was developed circa 1780. The design shows the leaves of the flowering Nicotiana (Tobacco) plant upon which a small phoenix perches bearing a flowering twig in its beak. The joyous exuberance of the Tobacco Leaf pattern is undiminished by time. Tobacco Leaf is an authorized reproduction for the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Poor service

Item was said to arrive in 3-6 days. It’s been 8 days and item hasn’t even shipped!! I’ve reached out 3 times to customer service. They told me it was to ship Dec 19 (7 days after order). When it didn’t ship Dec 19, I was told to wait another 48 hours. I asked for a cancellation but was told they couldn’t promise it would be granted. They’ve held hundreds of dollars that I’ve paid and haven’t shipped the item nor can do a cancellation!!! Disgusted with them! Customer service has done nothing but say they can’t do anything!
