Dyson Clean+Wash Hygiene™ is the wet cleaner with no unhygienic filter. No clogging. No bacteria. No bad smells emitted. While the self-cleaning mechanism removes dirt and hair with every rotation. The automatic waste separation system keeps dirty water separate from dry debris for easy and hygienic disposal. The Self-clean cycle flushes the system after every use and the hot air-drying dock prevents bacteria growth and odors. Easily switch between four power modes to tackle anything from hair and debris to sticky spills and dried-on stains. For best results, add Dyson 02 Probiotic formulation to clean water. Comparisons based on design differences: vacuums with exhaust filters can release odors or microorganisms during use. Because our machine has no exhaust filter, there is no re-emission from a filter. Tested against Staphylococcus Aureus and wet dog odor. For use on hard floor only. Leaks constantly
The dirty water reservoir constantly leaks. It also leaks during the self-cleaning cycle. I’ve taken it apart multiple times and have cleaned each part individually. The device is all connected properly, but it still leaks. Makes more mess than what it cleans. Waste of money.

All fur coat and no knickers
No instructions included, had to research YouTube clips to find out how to use it. Very inconvenient. I don’t want another App on my phone (what about people without smart phones?) Every time I take dirty water tank off the whole thing dribbles dirty water on to the floor, so I have to mop that up. It doesn’t take much in the debris tray before the machine stops and needs clearing. It also doesn’t reach the gaps between floor tiles. On the whole, disappointing.

Not up to Dyson standard.
On each occasion it has been used it leaks and isn't particularly effective on hard floors. Very disappointed. Will be trying to return it for a credit

Disappointing
I wanted a mop for the monthly floor mop. This is definitely not good enough for that. It would clean up something recently spilt but doesn’t deep clean a dirty floor.

There are pros and cons
I bought this 3 weeks ago. I have 9 dogs with a permanent access to the garden. They don't shed too much hair but still, plus they bring dust and mud in. Manoevrability: it's very good however it pulls you a bit hard and it doesn't do corners and rims. Suction + washing the floor: The suction is not bad really, I have to brush the floor 1st but that's mainly due to having so many dogs. Now, my floor is not perfectly plan and the device cannot deal with that. It leaves steaks of floor unwashed. Meanwhile, my robotic vacuum/washer manages that very well. Filtration is very good and the device is very easy to clean under a tap. However the floor must not be covered with too much bits. It might handle food better maybe as it's softer. Finally, it is a heavy device which causes two problems: you have to lift it to put it and take it off it's docking station. Also, if you have to carry it upstairs/downstairs, that can be a problem.

It’s alright
Purchased 2 weeks ago. Suction is disappointing and dock doesn’t catch excess water from brush head; instead it leaks onto the floor. As an electric mop I think it does a good job of cleaning the floor. As a mop/vacuum, it’s mediocre.
