Horrible customer service

Don't purchase MacDuggal. I have never in my life left a poor review on a product or brand, but this review was very necessary. This dress I didn't choose to go with and chose to go with another dress, but this review is to highlight the insanity that occurred with MacDuggal's customer service, since they are a 3rd party vendor with Bloomingdale's and they tried to scam me, and then refused to reimburse me for what they did. I will never be purchasing from them again, OR from Bloomingdale's in the foreseeable future. MacDuggal handled my return, stole the dress from my return box, CUT OFF the return label that I attached, and then sent back a random black dress too me that was not nearly as expensive in a new box WITH. MY. RETURN LABEL. Just wanted to leave this here in hopes that 1) this gets escalated and 2) Mac Duggal, be better.
