    - High Impact Gel Tech Eyeliner is a color-rich, waterline-safe gel pencil that glides on smoothly and stays put, for 24-hour wear on lids and 12-hour wear on waterline.
    - High Impact Mascara kicks up the volume and length of each and every lash for lusher, plusher, bolder lashes.
    - Dermatologist tested. Ophthalmologist tested. Safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Allergy tested.

  • How To Use It

    - Wear each shade of High Impact Shadow Play Shadow + Definer alone or layer them together to create full eye looks. To use the creamy crayon, pull off the cap and twist the barrel up slightly to expose the crayon tip. Apply as desired, including lid, crease, upper lash line and below lower lash line. To use the powder definer, twist off the cap. Use the precision sponge applicator to apply powder shadow to eyes as desired, including lid, upper lash line, crease and below lower lash line. To reload sponge with powder shadow, re-insert into cap.
    - High Impact Gel Tech Eyeliner is safe to apply directly on waterline and lid. Build intensity as desired.
    - Apply High Impact Mascara starting at lash roots, wiggling brush up to lash tips. Repeat to build. For lower lashes, hold wand vertically. Avoid pumping the brush in the container, because that adds air that can dry out mascara. To prevent clumping, let mascara dry between coats.

Meh

I bought this for the eye shadows. They go on easy and stay put, but sooo shiney. I prefer a matte. Eye Pencil is no good for older women.

Great Price for a Full Set of Eye Makeup

Nice set for a great price. The colors weren't exactly what I was expecting, but they are pretty and the combinations of the black liner with the shadow sticks work well. The mascara is nice, as well.
