Soft leather and great color

I wanted to love this purse but had to return it because it was difficult to close the clasp when carrying it. The size and color were right, but I could see myself fumbling with it in lines and at registers just to get things in and out. I returned it, but an awaiting my refund which seems to be taking longer than usual.
