Disappointed as it does no cool

Purchased to “cool” but didn’t realise it was just a very expensive fan so only works when directly on you The illustration of cool air filling the room was misleading sent back to high street retailer for refund

Dyson Purifier Hot+Cold

I am very pleased with the H & C HP1 so far. As I have only had it for a couple of weeks I cannot make any firm comments other than to say that it works well. I am not disappointed with the purchase. There is only one suggestion that I would make: Bearing in mind that one should not carry the machine by the hoop, why cannot Dyson add on a some small handle on either side of the machine to enable ease of movement?

Faulty unit.

Straight out of the box the fan was not cold. On the second try it switched itself off. It has been returned.
