Disappointed

The first time taking this bag on a flight to Italy and it broke to the point that my clothes got since it was raining. Samsonite says a claim must be made at airport and since I didn't see damage till I was in hotel that was impossible. What's the point of a warranty? Luggage also looks like its been in a battle.

Don’t buy this color!

I purchased this luggage in Stone Grey a few days prior to my flight and I wished I hadn’t! When I got to my destination, I could not believe the condition of it; filthy and scratched up! Seeing it immediately put me in a bad mood. This particular color should be significantly reduced. I’m so glad I refrained from buying an additional piece.

Non-Compliant

Most airlines maximum dimensions are 22x14. This bag is 23x15 non compliant with a majority of airlines. Good luck.

So Much More

It's been a while since I purchased a carry-on. This has been a phenomenal addition and my new favorite because of the space on the inside in a compact frame. I haven't used the internal USB yet, but this suitcase has proven to be efficient, stylish and easy to use. Great buy!
