Lost Product

My order arrived today completely damaged and empty. The paper mailer was severely torn, and USPS delivered it wrapped in a plastic "We Care" bag explaining that the package was damaged in handling. The item was not inside. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding my recent order.
