Sent the wrong EF top.

Bloomingdale’s sent me the totally wrong item. They sent a maroon-ish colored love sleeve EF top. Not the aubergine waffle hoodie I ordered! Just unreal. They’ve refunded me but they were unable to send me the actual item I purchased as they’re all sold out. Now I have to waste my time shipping back the wrong item. How does this happen? This is the second issue with an order from here. You’ve lost a customer
