Good sound, but needs work on hardware or software

I bought this 2 weeks ago, it's good but I hear a crackling sound while walking, immersive listening or not. This is something I did not expect from a premium earbuds, especially bose. I will be returning them, sadly.

Love the sound, the quiet control and the comfort. The right earbud doesn't sit as snug as the left does and it has a hard time staying charged. The left one is always fine. For the price of the earbuds it's not an excusable flaw.

Great sound quality

The sound quality, noise cancellation and Android app are excellent. I'm still hanging some difficulty with left ear fit. Need to try more combos of tips/bands.
