Easy to use

Really love the options to make your own ice cream, the setting for mix in work great and setting to get the consistency I really want. Easy to clean and use. Now I just wish I can plan making ice cream better so I dont have to wait for it to freeze before I use.

Great warranty on a good product

I bought my first Ninja Creami back in 2022. I use it 4-5 times a week to make Lite Ice Cream with Almond Milk and protein powder. I have learned how to get the texture and smoothness I like. Last year, after 3 years, the motor/ spindle wore out and it was unusable. I called Shark Ninja, and even though it was out of warranty, they offered me a new base unit at a 50% discount. This past August (1 year later) I had a grinding noise when processing my pints. I called Shark Ninja and this time they replaced my unit with a brand new 7 in 1 set up, including the pints, outer cup and blade. I am using this 4-5 times a week and it shouldn't keep breaking down, but I am happy with the warranty procedure and will keep on using the product. I have not found anything that even compares.

Incredible machine that makes perfect ice cream with very easy cleanup and durable accessories.

I am absolutely obsessed with this machine! The instructions are incredibly clear and easy to follow, making the process foolproof. It comes with great accessories like the extra pints, which are durable and perfect for prepping multiple flavors. The maintenance is very simple since the parts are easy to clean. It is a bit heavy, but its performance and durability make the weight totally worth it.

Great product!

I’ve been loving my Ninja CREAMi! I was a little intimidated by it at first, but once I got the hang of it, it quickly became one of my favorite kitchen appliances. I love being able to make my own ice cream using ingredients I already have at home and completely customize the flavors and mix-ins. I’ve experimented with everything from chocolate peanut butter banana to banana peanut butter, chocolate cherry, strawberry, and mint chocolate Oreo. The texture is incredibly creamy, and I especially love that I can use ingredients like Fairlife milk, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and peanut butter powder to make something that feels like a real dessert. There is definitely a little trial and error involved in figuring out the right consistency and when to use the Re-Spin function, but that has actually become part of the fun. Once you find a few combinations you love, the possibilities feel endless. I’m already constantly thinking about what flavor I want to make next! Definitely recommend the CREAMi if you enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and want to be able to make ice cream exactly the way you like it.

Easy to use

I was pleased to find how easy this was to use. I have used my own recipies so far with extremely good results. It makes creamy and smooth ice cream. Sooo yummy. It is loud during it's cycle but that only lasts for a couple of minutes. I raved to my sister about it and she is going to buy one for each of her adult children for Christmas. I highly recommend this Ninja creami!

Better than expected!

I saw how many people used the Ninja Creami to make unbeliavebly creamy icecreams out of almost any thing, however, after I decided to try it out for myself, what I'd assumed about the Creami before has changed- it is such a wonderful gadget to have in your kitchen! Ice cream and sweets lovers, please, if you wish to have healthy, homemade frozen desserts at the push of a few buttons then please do buy the Ninja Creami Ice Cream & Frozen Dessert Maker! This product is beyond my expectations!
