In 2015, our founder and beverage industry veteran, April Wachtel, was teaching cocktail classes at Astor Center in New York City while working as a brand ambassador for Bacardi. The craft cocktail movement had become a global phenomenon following Dale DeGroff s influential work at the Rainbow Room in the 1980s and 1990s, and speakeasy-style craft cocktail bars were emerging in small cities and remote regions around the world. Cheeky's drink mixers are better for your drinks and better for you! We never use artificial flavors, colors, or nasty preservatives in our premium natural cocktail mix. Instead, we use REAL ingredients, including 100% juices, like lemon, lime, and ginger; fresh herbs and spices, like fresh mint and single-origin coffee beans; and natural sweeteners, like pure honey, agave, and cane sugar.
