Arrived Damaged but home pickup of return refused
The delivery box weighs over 100 pounds and arrived damaged. Bloomingdale’s has refused to handle the return saying the this is a third party company and that I have to carry it to the UPS store to return. That is a nightmare. I also am having issues with getting a refund because I used a loyalty coupon for purchase, and the coupon has expired. The process is still ongoing. The last agent has promised that he will try to arrange home pickup and promises to issue a new coupon valid for 3 years. If these occur, I will revise my rating. In the future, do not order anything requiring assembly from Bloomingdale’s. They fulfill with the third parties that are not reliable, and if parts are damaged the correction is challenging!
