I have two of these runners in ivory in my front hallway. They show every bit of dirt and are very difficult to clean, plus my dog’s (trimmed) claws pulled out multiple loops in the first 6 months and I had to see them back. We are a no-shoes household and the rugs still look filthy all the time! Pet stains are extremely difficult to remove due to the thick loops. I have tried cleaning them 4 times and am finally just going to take them outside and hose them down as other reviewers suggested before hosting a party next weekend because they still look so dirty, even though the care instructions say not to saturate with water. I’m so sad because they are beautiful, but should not be advertised as performance!

Do not buy this rug unless you are planning to put it in a room where there is absolutely no foot traffic. After 3 months of just walking on the rug (without shoes), it looked like we have it had for years. Spot cleaning works well but unable to clean foot traffic dirt (even after 2 professional cleanings).

I bought this rug and it is not easy to clean as claimed . I would not put it in any high traffic area as mine is stained and the material retains dirt and with professional cleaning still looks terrible. In the past this company stood behind their products I always read this in the reviews. It is no longer the case.

I have had the same issues as the previous post and if I had the choice I would not repurchase this rug. It is more delicate than I would have expected and given the price point one has to consider durability. I have currently sent it out to get professionally cleaned fingers crossed all goes well.

I ordered this rug one year ago and recently moved it to the bedroom as it will get far less traffic there. I have had to spot treat twice and it doesn't give up the dirt easily and the threads get fuzzy if you rub too much. Dust and dirt collect in between the loops and you have to be diligent in removal.Overall it seems more delicate than I would have expected given the fact that it is advertised as a carpet you can hose down. I love the style but be careful where you put it . This company seems very reputable and I have high confidence that they will stand behind their product. I have a few of D&A rugs and have overall good experience.

I love the nautical look of this rug. It goes perfect in the entry of our lake home. I am a bit worried with the white that it will start to look dirty, but the darker colors were just too dark for our bright and light decor. Love the idea that I can just hose it down. This rug isn't as stiff as most indoor/outdoor rugs, so it feels good on your feet too.

Impossible to get clean does not hold up even in a home with no pets and used sparingly dirt lodges in the loops stains easily no support from this company
