Sam Elelman Women Lagu

In the preview of the boots,it stated it has zippers at the sides. Getting them there's no zippers. My feet can't get in and I don't know if I can return it. Boots has to have some openings at the sides if it is more than 2inches Can i returnit? .

Too narrow/got only 1 boot in the box

Besides the fact that I got only 1 boot in the box, I have no idea how one is supposed to put it on. Extremely narrow, the thing in the back that should help you putting it on is so tight that my female thing finger won t gonthrough
