Worst Customer service!

Multiple shipment delays with no delivery day in sight. Contacted customer service twice, only to ve told to wait 48 hours, after already waiting 48 hours. Then told I can get a refund, to which I agreed to, only to be told, sorry... I have to wait 11 days from the day of shipment for a refund. I will return this if I get it, now partially due to this unprofessional handling of the situation.
