ADORABLE SKIRT BUT...

I LOVE THE PATTERN OF THIS SKIRT BUT I FEEL IT RAN VERY SMALL. IT IS THE FIRST TWEED SKIRT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED, SO MAYBE THAT IS THE NORM? ANYWAYS I HAD TO GO UP A SIZE.
