Raincoat

First, I didn't realize the fabric and style is a fancy tie raincoat. It was too long for my 5'4" frame. It wasn't flattering on me. I orderd a size 12 which was too big. I think it would look beyter on someone a little taller . I was disappointed and returned. Tbe fabric is beautiful.
