Disappointing purchase
Maybe their technology is too new, but the car seat constantly alerts me that the installation is wrong when my child is not sitting in the seat. This is when the car seat actually connects to the app, which doesn’t happen consistently. It squeaks and rattles, and I’ve owned a fair number of car seats and know that’s somewhat expected but none of the ones I have owned were this noisy. Customer support is lacking, they have never gotten back to me with more than one round of conversation, my follow up’s are always ignored. Overall, disappointed in this purchase. Only thing I like about it is the design is beautiful.
