  • How To Use It

    - Rub hands together and cup them over the ears. Close your eyes, breathe deeply.
    - Warm a small amount of the night balm in the palms of your hands. Perform smoothing-bandage movements outward from the face.
    - Apply gentle circular relaxation movements.
    - With the massage spatula, apply gentle pressure on the forehead, cheeks and chin, then perform a draining stretch exercise in wave-like movements.
