Product is fine but DoorDash lost half the order

I wanted to upgrade my packing cubes. I found that not only do I like cubes for suitcase management, but they’re great organizers in the hotel drawers. These are do well made & soft. I was in a hurry & ordered 2 sets from the deliver same day program. The courier delivered one set & is probably driving around with the other set I called the Customer Service number on my order and got total AI. They seem to indicate that they found my missing order. They asked me would I like a refund or for them to give me the product. I’d still wanted the product! Then I get a very terse email that they’re going to do nothing for me as they have to protect their business. What a joke I will never do this again. It was insulting. I have been a customer of Bloomingdales since 1978. I am a top of the list credit card holder. In the future, these types of deliveries are better handled by a professional like Amazon.
