Be careful with shipping orders

This jacket runs true to size, some have mentioned it runs small but I ordered my husband a large and it swallowed him. Had to return and reorder, one order was cancelled after placing 48 hrs later, and now this order is stuck in delayed and shipping label created with no item shipped. Contacted customer service twice with no real solution and was told I couldn’t cancel my order.

Carhartt’s Jacket is genuinely terrific! Great style, very comfortable, and an easy zip without the bulk of puffer coats while providing warmth and flexibility. This jacket is the best!
