Very Disappointed!

I took my daughter shopping to get some nice clothes for our upcoming trip to Europe this weekend. We found this $500 + dress she liked but they unfortunately did not have her size in stock. They offered to ship it to our home in time for our trip which I was hesitant about but ultimately agreed to make my daughter happy. The dress arrived in a broken up card board box. To make it worse this $500+ dress was not even wrapped up in a plastic bag inside the box to protect it. It appeared as if someone else had worn it and just folded it up and put into a flimsy cardboard box that was tearing open due to the lack of tape. The dress was covered in pieces of dust and such from the box. We are very disappointed at Bloomingdales for shipping a garment like this to us the way that they did.
