Meh
I was so excited to receive this bag, but unfortunately, I was not impressed. I ordered it in emerald, and for a bag priced at nearly $500, the packaging and overall presentation were seriously lacking. The item appeared to have been previously used—the dust bag was rumpled, and the entire unboxing experience felt careless and underwhelming. I own a Coach work bag in pebble leather that cost about $250, and the quality, presentation, and overall value far exceed this bag. For this price point, I expected a much more polished and premium experience.
