Excellent

This machine is excellent. I have tried hot and cold settings and it comes out great. Finding good coffee beans that isn’t oily is harder. Grinder and press is great as well

Very pleased.

Very easy to use and I’m very happy with the espresso it produces. It took me a short time to make the adjustments from making one shot to a double and now it’s just a quick change.

Wonderful improvements!

Much improved version from the last one we had 7 years ago. Dosage level, coarseness level, temperature indication, milk foaming steam wand, better control portion, easier cleaning coffee portafilter all wonderful improvements, that makes such difference to enjoy making tasty cup of coffee!

Grinder kept breaking

The problem with this machine is the grinder portion cannot be removed to where you can visualize the parts and clean it out if needed. I had an issue with a grinder and tried to troubleshoot it with customer service. Yeah, and I ended up having to send it back to DeLonghi. They sent it back, saying they repaired it and second pass of using my grinder. It was not working again. Now I'm going through the whole process of sending it back again.

Great espresso machine at the right price

I really like it! The hot water dispenser (to make americanos) can be a little splashy, other than that, I really like it!

Professional Quality At Home!

Excellent machine! My son bought me this as a gift, and it produces high-quality espresso that will make you stop frequenting coffee shops! We did have an issue with it initially, but DeLonghi went above and beyond to first try and see if we could fix it on my end, and when it was deemed unfixable, to also get me a new machine. It came faster than expected as well, and I am going to assume that is because we are in the tristate area. Honestly, I think if you had to invest in a machine, you wouldn't be disappointed in this one. It's professional quality at home!
