I bought this backpack expecting that in 24 hours they would deliver it to me, I paid for it and I'm already in Chile and I don't have my backpack, I paid for it and they didn't deliver.

Great balance between size and features
Purchased right after Christmas and have already used on a couple of trips. I spent some time looking at this in person and this fits the bill in terms of size and configuration for all the items that I carry in my backpack on a regular basis. The bag one size smaller might have been a better option, but I was concerned it didn't have all the pockets that I need.
