Bloomingdales Sucks

I ordered this item and signed up for a Bloomingdales CC and I was not given the promised 25% discount. Also, I did not want "White Glove Delivery" and they would not remove the 199 charge. I wanted it shipped to a warehouse boxed. The home is not yet finished.
