DO NOT BUY!
DO NOT BUY! Faulty Product & Total Customer Service Blackout We purchased a BioCube Max Fire Safe for $2,000, expecting a reliable security solution. Instead, we got a faulty product and a company that completely ignores its customers. The Timeline of Failures: January 2024: Purchased the safe. May 2025 (16 months later): The safe failed to lock, repeatedly throwing an "Operation Failed" error. Customer service had us troubleshoot, failed to fix it, and eventually mailed us a replacement locking mechanism. It took us over an hour to install it ourselves. June 2026 (One year later): The replacement mechanism failed in the exact same manner. The Customer Service Nightmare: We contacted MyCube on June 15, 2026. After making us repeat the same useless troubleshooting steps, a representative told us on June 18 that they were "investigating a solution with the team." Since that day, I have sent more than 10 follow-up emails and have received zero responses.
