Horrible

The item was not delivered. Customer service refused to provide a packing slip or any information illustrating chain of custody. This logistical nightmare, which Bloomingdale’s continues dragging out, offering no viable solution or any solution has been proposed at all. Fraud. No packing list. No item. As of this review, company continues withholding funds.
