Fell Apart

I had this necklace for 2 months before it just fell off my neck for no reason. This was a necklace I wore only a handful of times. I was never rough with it or did I have it catch on anything. It’s darker than I thought it would be and it looked like it was built like a tank but after further inspection the lobster clasp seems to be connected by a thin and not a very well made link. Very odd that the whole necklace would be well built except for this piece. It’s only as strong as its weakest link, so, I’m returning it because I have no idea how to reconnect it.
