I bought a service for 16 along with coordinating serve bowls. Very disappointed. They are scratched and discolored after only a few months.

Hell D, We are very sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your new dishes, as we strive to provide the highest quality products. In regard to the scratches, it sounds like what you are experiencing is "metal marks" which are common on ceramic dishware and are a result of certain types of silverware being used with the dishes. Some silverware is hard and some silverware is soft and all have different amounts of nickel. The good news is that the marks can easily be removed with with “Zud” or “Bar Keepers Friend” (a non-abrasive powder cleanser) which are inexpensive and can be purchased from any hardware store. Create a thick paste with the cleanser and using a damp cloth by hand, apply pressure & rub to remove the nickel markings. If you need any further assistance, please reach out to Macy's customer service team and they should be able to help. portmeiriongroup

Don't buy

I have 4 settings in white, 4 in celadon, and 4 in pebble. I also have multiple serving pieces. I thought it would be fun to mix and match the colors. These dishes do not hold up well. Several dinner plates have cracks across the middle that do not extend up to the edges. On other dinner plates, the finish has worn off in the middle, leaving gray patches. Since this has only affected dinner plates, it must be a flaw in the manufacturing process.

Absolutely thrilled with the quality and look

I must have looked at every dish set before deciding on this set. I am so happy with this choice. The quality is fantastic. They're not too heavy, and just solid enough that I feel comfortable having my young family use them. I had read reviews that people were disappointed about how they fit together in the cupboard, but I have not experienced that at all. They stack very nicely. Great casual set.

So disappointed!

I have had these less than a year and a number of the bowls and plates have gray marks on them from our flatware. And, just recently I got a salad plate out of the dishwasher to find a chip in it. We bought this set to replace white Target dishes that we got for a wedding gift 17 years ago. Took the Target dishes to the cabin. Sadly, our Target dishes look better after 18 years of use than our expensive set we have had for 11 months.

Beautiful and durable

We've had these dishes for almost three years now. They are beautiful and durable. No scratches, chips, or breaks.
