Beautiful necklace, but terrible knots on chain!

This was a beautiful baby necklace and just what I wanted. However, it arrived with the chain completely knotted up! Spent hours trying to undo all the knots. Very disappointed!

Love the simplicity

I’m 55 and went in to buy myself a birthday present….. I was planning to spend double the amount. I fell in love with this even though it advertises for children. It’s the perfect fit as a choker style necklace. Simple and tasteful.
