Disappointed with Bloomingdale’s and Versace

I recently purchased a handbag as a Valentine’s gift to myself and picked it up from the Glendale Galleria location. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the item at pickup. The bag was provided without a box, covered in lint as if it had been sitting on display for an extended period, and noticeably bent. It was handed to me in only a dust bag, which did not reflect the level of care or presentation expected for a purchase of this price point ($1,800). I work hard for my purchases, and I expected a new item in pristine condition with appropriate packaging. This experience did not meet those expectations, and it was very discouraging.
