Cord unraveled

Beautiful light, but the grey cord unraveled after it was installed and it looks unsightly now.

Beautiful but....

We love these. And we are keeping them. They are beautiful in my kitchen and the color is soft and beautiful. What I don't love is the seams. They have very obvious seams in the glass. I don't know if everyone will notice, but I do. I was tempted to send them back, but everything else about them is gorgeous in my white kitchen. There are seams on 2 sides, so there is no way to 'hide' them.
