Bloomingdales Sells Used Furniture as New

Do not buy any furniture from Bloomingdale’s. Twice I have purchased this dresser with representations that it is a custom build only to receive a clearly used product. I have lost countless hours on the phone with various representatives from Bloomingdale’s who promise refunds and gift cards but none of them will commit these promises to writing. This is a scam.
