Poor Quality

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased this item online, and it was shipped very fast. I was pleased initially, and the first time I carried this purse received compliments. However, on the second time I wore I was mortified when the purse strap popped, and the zipper broke. It was humiliating. I reached out to customer service, and because it was outside of the 30 day timeframe they were not willing to reship , or accommodate any type of reconciliation that was suitable to the embarrassment and now uselessness of this purchase.
