Received wrong colo/item
I ordered the noir color which has black chain and hardware. I received the purse with all gold hardware. Pure disappointment. Clearly no one double checked this shipment at distribution. The delivery needed a signature and was marked weekdays delivery only. It took Fed Ex three times to re-deliver this wrong item! Returning.for refund.
