Not reliable safety concern

Disappointed and concerned. The height adjustment lever failed after just two months of use, leaving one side of the chair unable to lock or adjust properly. This malfunction created an uneven and unstable seating surface, which is unacceptable for a product designed for child safety. For something marketed as premium, the durability and reliability are lacking. I would not recommend this highchair unless these issues are addressed.

Overall amazing with one annoying thing!

This highchair has many many good features. I love the fact that I can adjust the seat all the way down to a lying position so my baby can drink her bottle but also push her up so I can feed her some cereal. The seat is super soft and easy to wipe clean. I don’t usually use the feature of pushing the seat down to floor level, but it’s an interesting one. So far, I’m pretty happy but one thing that really annoys me is how difficult it is to move around. It only has rotating wheels in the back so you need to maneuver, the seat very carefully in order to get it where you need. that is why I had to give four stars instead of five.
