Outstanding

I love this 8.3 qt Cristel stockpot -- it is 9.5" high and a bit bigger than the one I am replacing and is really quite perfect for large pots of soup, party sized servings of pasta, and more. I love the look of it and the weight is comfortable. The pot itself is quite beautiful with flat rivets that are easy to clean -- the handles are nice to the touch. The pot is advertised as 3-ply stainless steel but the literature inserted also notes that it is 5 ply construction with an aluminum core. The pot heats very evenly as well. I'm very happy with this stockpot!

I was a bit confused when I received this item. Box says 9 qt. description online says 8.3. But its a great stockpot
