Lovely product - poor delivery

The product is nice. I had a bad experience with a delayed 2 day air delivery that didn't deliver my complete order in time for the holiday so unfortunately it wasn't as great of a buying experience as I had hoped. If it had delivered on time, I would have ranked it 4 or 5 stars.
