Disgusted and embarrassed

I came in there to purchase a couple of items with these gift cards .. as soon as I pulled them out, you would have thought I held everyone at gun point.. it took them over an hour just to charge me after sending me to multiple different people because NO one knew how to charge a gift card… maybe me feel very uncomfortable as if I was doing something wrong! Will never be back !
