Confused about several styling products.

The Royal Blowout really made my hair heavy and look dirty. Love the Alchemy shampoo and conditioner but every styling product I bought made my hair look dull and dirty. I use a little of my husband’s Crème for Style. Unfortunately, it has been very hard to find in stores and online there are no more travel size bottles of Creme for Style. Many beauty supply shops and salons have told me they don’t make it anymore, yet they also do not know what product is new to replace it. I’m very confused.

Not my favorite

I wanted to love this based on other reviews. It didn’t work well with my dry and frizzy hair type at all. Their other products and serums work much better for me.

Defective Package-Pump Popped Off: Product Wasted

Bottle slipped out of my hand and dropped. Pump popped off and entire product spilled on the floor. Didn’t even get a chance to try it. I used to work for the company that supplies the pumps. They are supposed to snap on the bottle and NEVER come off. Obviously this was a product/assembly issue. Contacted Oribe twice; they don’t accept complaints. I even sent photos of the pump, bottle and product on the floor. Filed a complaint with the BBB-Oribe did not respond. Disgusting CS. Try standing behind your products and your customers instead of blaming them for your defects.

I’m obsessed!!!
