Arrived dirty damaged hem.

What a beautiful dress, however when I took out of the packing it had black dirt all around the back like it was drug through a warehouse or a forklift drove over it. (I did not appear to be worn, very good condition except for back bottom hem.) Also, it was way too large for me. I went up a size thinking it would have no stretch or give but it does stretch. The dress fabric is beautiful, very well-made gown. I would say it is true to size or maybe it runs a bit large. I am normally a size 10, ordered the 12 and it was huge.
