I purchased the refill and the bottle was missing about 75% of the product. It appears someone removed the most of the cream then used an instrument to flatten the bottom of the cream inside the bottle.

Great product. Stop changing it to worse

I have been using this product for over 20 years, way before I turned into my 50s and I think only because of this product and other Clarins products I look 10 years younger (this is what people tell me, not necessary what I think myself :)). However, I think this eye cream formula has been changing over last few years and not to a better feel and performance. Please stop messing it around.
