What It Is

Retinol Complex 1.0 enhances skin tone, texture and resiliency and diminishes appearance of fine lines and coarse wrinkles. It is encapsulated with PhytoShield Complex, an antioxidant complex, enhancing skin texture and minimizing irritation.

  • How To Use It

    - Apply in the evening after cleansing and toning and before applying your moisturizer.
    - If a retinol product has never been used before, begin twice a week 2-3 days apart, gradually increasing frequency to every other night, then advancing to each evening or as tolerated.
    - Apply to entire face.
    - Avoid getting in eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water.
    - Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant, lactating or planning to become pregnant.
    - Mild redness, peeling and irritation are expected when using this product.
    - Use a daily sun protection with SPF 30 or higher and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week following discontinuation.

A Retinol I’ve Used for 12 Years

I use the 0.25% every night with a rich moisturizer, and the 1% a few nights a week. If you’re new to retinol, definitely start with the 0.25%..it can be drying if your skin isn’t used to it. Over time, your skin will slowly build tolerance and the results are worth it. This isn’t a one-time treatment; it’s a long-term, balance-and-maintenance product. When used consistently, it really makes a difference
