Poor customer service
It took two weeks for the shoes to arrive. I returned them three days later because they didn’t fit. The sales agents insisted I am pastor return window and make the return very difficult. He offered to refund me $120 instead of the full price. When I insisted and asked for a manager, he reluctantly processed my return. I contacted CUSTOMER SERVICE, but the response there wasn’t much better either. I’m deeply disappointed in Bloomingdale. I am used to Nordstrom‘s outstanding customer service.
Beautiful loafers for winter
These are really nice loafers for cold weather. They are comfortable out of the box. Love Stuart Weitzman shoes.
Gorgeous but...
These are stunningly gorgeous, but they run the slightest bit small compared to other Stuart Weitzman shoes - it's probably the shearling. I ordered my usual 9.5 (have been wearing this size in this brand for YEARS), but I've had to reorder in a size 10. Here's hoping the larger ones fit well. Shearling shoes seem to be a big trend this year, but many of the styles are ridiculously clunky. These manage to be ruggedly stylish without the bulk. The color is rich and the shearling is oh-so-soft!

great pair for winter
These are a great pair for winter when you want to go out without socks but it’s still cold outside. The quality, color, and overall shape of the shoes are beautiful. However, the rubber sole was very stiff at first, which made them difficult to walk in due to the heavy, rigid construction. The shearling lining inside is high quality and feels luxurious. These shoes run quite large. I typically wear a size 6.5 (36.5), but there was enough extra room for me to fit a finger behind my heel. I exchanged them for one size smaller (6).
