Scratched Le Creuset lid and loose knob

I was expecting my new Le Creuset 2.25 Qt. Signature Enameled Cast Iron Round Braiser with much excitement, however shipping was delayed and when it arrived it was disappointing to open my package to find a Scratched lid glass, loose lid handle and overall poor looking package and item.

Save your money! Defective

Was not worth the sale , eggs stick to pan ! I cannot make an omelet , even with using oul and butter! I need to stop buying deals, because they are really not deals , but waste of money! I am surprised of Le creseunt ! I owe so many of their products , no problem! I got fooled

Used or defective

There were orange stains in the bottom of the pan that looked like someone cooked spaghetti sauce and it stained. It also looked like cracks in the porcelain. Dried food on the underside of the pan as well. Someone isn’t checking returns. Or this is a really bad factory defect.

Exactly what I was looking for

This is the perfect size for everyday cooking. Cooks stews, pastas, soups, and curries perfectly. Love that it has a lid.

Lovely pan, true workhorse!

I love my LeCruset and this is a workhorse! I’ve fried chicken and catfish in this pan and it cooked beautifully! I made a pancake in it today and it didn’t stick. This pan is of great quality and I find I use it more than I ever thought I would. I would buy it again, and am planning on buying a few for my grown kids as gifts.

I’ve always love my cast iron pans. I thought it would be larger.. but I’m happy to add this to my collection. I can always use more often due to size.
